By using CombatWebsites.com or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The Free Demo

We may proactively build a demonstration website for your club using publicly available information (your logo, club name, class information, social media content). This demo is provided free of charge with no obligation. You are under no pressure to purchase.

• The demo remains the property of CombatWebsites.com until payment is received
• We use only publicly available information in building demos
• You may request removal of your club's demo at any time by contacting us

Paid Services

Our paid services are governed by the terms confirmed at the point of purchase:

• £149 One-Off: Full payment due before file transfer. Files transferred to your chosen hosting upon receipt of payment. No ongoing obligations on either side after delivery.
• £199 Managed + £80/year: Initial £199 covers setup, domain registration, and first year's hosting. Annual renewal of £80 covers continued hosting, domain, and maintenance. Non-payment of renewal results in service suspension with 30 days notice.
• Custom Projects: Governed by a separate written agreement confirming scope, timeline, and price.

Edits and Revisions

Managed clients are entitled to reasonable content edits (text, images, class times, contact details) delivered within 48 hours. Structural redesigns or new feature development are quoted separately.

Your Content

You confirm that any logos, images, or text you provide are either owned by you or that you have the right to use them. CombatWebsites.com accepts no liability for intellectual property disputes arising from client-provided content.

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a project has been delivered. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability

CombatWebsites.com's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
